The Project Manager – HereWeGrow provides strategic leadership, implementation oversight, and strong funder alignment. The role drives execution excellence through structured performance management, including oversight of the Performance Metrics Framework (PMF), milestone tracking, and accountability systems that translate donor expectations into clear field-level priorities and measurable outcomes. Working in close coordination with District Project Managers, the Project Coordinator ensures alignment of HWG-specific components, performance frameworks, and donor commitments while respecting established district management structures.The Project Coordinator – HWG does not have direct line management responsibility over district field teams but works through established district leadership structures to ensure effective delivery of HWG-specific commitments

Data Scientist

The Data Scientist plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying a computer vision system that transforms how RTV assesses program compliance and household adoption across last-mile communities. The role sits within the Predictive Analytics / VENN department and is central to RTV's image based evaluation rollout, a key pillar of the broader WorkMate AI ecosystem. The Data Scientist will work closely with, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, the Data Engineer, the Software Engineering team, and field evaluation teams to deliver an objective, scalable, and field-deployable visual assessment tool that complements and enhances RTV's existing evaluation frameworks.

Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for building, deploying, and continuously improving RTV's production LLM applications, which are currently live across multiple platforms and actively used by field teams and program staff across Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role sits within the Predictive Analytics / VENN department and focuses on advancing agentic LLM architectures, RAG systems, and evaluation infrastructure as RTV scales its AI capabilities to new countries and deepens integration with mobile field tools and the data warehouse. A core area of responsibility is the SBCC (Social and Behavior Change Communication) system, which generates personalized, practice-specific behavior change messaging for field officers across agriculture, health, livestock, and community domains, and is currently being integrated into RTV's mobile check-in application. The engineer will work closely with the Data Engineer, Data Scientists, the Software Engineering team, and field program teams to deliver reliable, context-aware LLM applications that integrate with RTV's data warehouse, mobile implementation apps, and the broader WorkMate AI ecosystem. This role also contributes to RTV's strategic partnership with The Agency Fund (TAF) AI Accelerator, supporting shared technical challenges in knowledge base architecture, multi-country scaling, and LLM evaluation governance.
